Best VPS for a task
How this works
We rent a VPS from the host — an ordinary plan, the same one any customer would buy. No provider-supplied «demo boxes».
The same agent, the same tools, the same parameters: sysbench, fio, openssl, ping, curl. Key tests run three times; the median counts.
Scores come from an open, versioned formula. There are no manual adjustments — there is nowhere in the code to put them.
Every test exposes its raw log — tool output before processing. The tools are standard: repeat them yourself and compare.
There is advertising on the site and it is labelled — but it does not affect measurements or ranking positions in any way. You do not have to take that on faith: the formula and weights are public, and here is how the project works.
